Hello! I'm usually known as Cameoreos or as Gaby. I'm a full time student and part-time minimum wager, but I'd like to work more on my art and hopefully use this as a motivator to continue pursuing art!

TERMS OF SERVICE

PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING A REQUEST:

USER POLICY- Commissions are for personal use only.- It's completely prohibited to feed the purchased artwork into any kind of generative AI.- There will be additional fees for commercial rights; Otherwise, the artwork cannot be used for profit of any kind.- I'm allowed to post the purchased artwork on my social media / present it in portfolio. (It must be requested early on to not post on social media.)- Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.- I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.- Additional fees apply to commissions with a specific deadline. (It can take up to three months to complete a commission in case of any unexpected delays or emergencies.)- The user has the right to ask for updates if there hasn't been any for some time. (Corrections can be requested at any point of the sketching phase. Also 3 corrections can be requested during the final revision of the finished artwork.)- The user has the right to repost and share the artwork on any social platform, but with proper credit. (For the time being https://toyhou.se/Cameoreos)- For best results, please provide visual references upon placing a request. Additional fees may apply to Non-visual references or the request may be declined. (With full visual references, I can work more efficiently and minimize errors.)

PAYMENT POLICY- All payments are made through PAYPAL invoice only. An invoice will be sent by me. All artwork priced at 25$ (USD) or below must be paid in full.- In case of locals the only other payment method I may use is ATH Móvil- Any kind of additional cost applied must be paid in full before continuing the commission.- In the case of cancelling the commission during sketch phase, there will be a partial refund. (I will keep 25% of the total cost.)- If for any personal reason I cannot complete a commission, I will be giving a full refund.- If there is any strange or inappropriate interactions to my person at any point of the commission process, I have the right to cancel the commission and retain 50% of the total cost. (Please remain respectful, that's all.)

PROCESS- I will share progress images of the sketch for review + revision purposes. Once approved and the commission is on progress, refunds can no longer be requested unless issued by me.- When the artwork is finished I will send for a final revision in which you're allowed three corrections. (More than three will have additional costs.)- No physical product will be delivered. Upon completion of the artwork, the pertinent files will be sent via email.- Upon placing a commission request, I will understand that you have properly read and understood the TOS and AGREE to the terms above. (Might also be on the invoice.)

- Anything political
- Overly detailed backgrounds

- Real people (non problematic figures)
